For wine lovers, November means the launch of a new vintage of Beaujolais, and another step towards new flavors and pairings with wines that we have been waiting for all year.

For Beer lovers, the shorter and cooler days mean we re-visit some of our dark brews that go hand-in-hand with that time of the year.

Many of these cyclical events are the zenith of what we can enjoy of the "season's change" here in our tropical climate.

Take every chance to enjoy what you can while the time is here. Some of the great wine and beer mentioned here is only produced during one time of the year, and is very hard to acquire otherwise.
