The current of life is once again changing and some unusual things have been occurring since the creation of this month’s newsletter. Will the Swine Flu define the shape of our world from this day on? It is truly a scary thought to know that a “pandemic” could be the unwelcome visitor knocking at our doors…

 

           So many lives will inevitably be affected by this situation, and unfortunately many will lose the battle with it. Things like this are unpredictable, and just a few weeks ago everyone was enjoying life as if there was no danger of it. This is perfect proof that life is too short. Too short to worry about small annoyances...and too short to not grab a hold of all the great people and things in your life that makes it what it is.

 

           In consideration of this, please take the time to enjoy what you have not so far. Family, friends, that wonderful glass of Pinot, or the decadent creation of some of our wonderful eateries on the island.

 

           Next month, we will look forward to having more cuisine articles and continue exploring and enjoying the world of wine like we should. There are so many great things to taste and experience in this world, we intend to enjoy it as much as possible...
