How to host a great wine party!

           Super bowl is upon us again, and hopefully your home team will be victorious. Remember that your Super bowl party can be wine centered, and is a fun way of celebrating without filling up on cheap beer. Never sell yourself short, if you’re going to celebrate, do it right.

 

           Pick your favorite wine or craft brew and have your menu planned ahead of time. There are so many combinations to try that it can always be fun, and maybe you’ll introduce someone to something new. Please take a few minutes to review the past  issues for recipe/pairing ideas and then get to the store before it’s time for kick-off!

 

           The final Super bowl tip I have for everyone is: Be careful! Have fun, but not at the expense of safety. We all have loved ones we want to return to after the party so make sure to call for a ride if you celebrated more than you planned.
